WELCOME to Dispute Resolution by the process of MEDIATION.

MEDIATION is a process that should be begun as early as possible in the dispute resolution process.

MEDIATION is especially desirable in Medical-Legal disputes, such as:

    ►Physician-physician employment and contractual matters

    ►Physician-patient disputes involving fees, end of life cases, medical malpractice, intractable pain

    ►Physician-third party (HMO, etc.) disputes regarding membership, fees, and discipline

    ►Physician hospital medical staff disputes  involving staff membership and/or discipline

In such matters, good medical practice and care of patients can be assured, while protecting the physician's rights. Physicians' rights

are paramount in today's hostile attitude displayed in cases of physician discipline.

 

 

Mediation is an excellent alternative to the agony of going through Administrative and Court litigation.

Mediation saves time, money, and the stress of trial.

Mediation settles disputes without the necessity of determining who is right, and who is wrong.

Mediation is the method of settling disputes in a manner that is acceptable by all parties. The parties can then put the dispute into the past, and get on with their lives.
